We cater everything from private parties and corporate events to weddings and trackside activations. If you’ve got a crowd to feed, we’re built for it!
How many guests can you serve?
Our packages are designed for groups of 10 and up, and we scale easily for large events of 50+ guests. The bigger the crowd, the better we perform!
What makes your catering different?
We bring a fully mobile, wood-fired kitchen to you. That means fresh, handcrafted pizzas made on-site — not dropped off, not reheated. We provide fast service, high-quality food, and a unique experience your guests won’t forget!
How does the pizza service work?
We cook pizzas continuously on-site and serve them hot and fresh. Each guest typically gets their own 10” artisan pizza, and you can choose up to three varieties for your event.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. Our packages are flexible, and we offer a range of add-ons including salads, sides, sandwiches, desserts, and more. We’ll work with you to build a winning lineup for your event.
Do you offer vegetarian options?
Absolutely! Many of our pizzas, salads, and sides are vegetarian-friendly, and we’re happy to help you create a balanced menu for your group to accomodate all dietary needs.
Do you provide staffing and setup?
Yes, we handle everything! Our team will arrive at your location with the trailer and set up, cook, serve, and clean up. You focus on entertaining your guests and we’ll handle feeding them!
How much space do you need?
We operate from our custom wood-fired trailer, so we’ll need adequate space for parking and safe operation. We’ll coordinate details with you ahead of time to ensure a smooth setup.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier, the better. Popular dates fill quickly, especially during peak event seasons. We recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due prior to your event. Full details will be provided during booking.
What happens in case of bad weather?
We’re built to perform in most conditions, but we’ll work with you on contingency plans if severe weather is expected.
